- It is a small-scale public contract (hereinafter referred to as VZMR) to the RD-purchase of diagnostic consumables-purchase of diagnostic consumables-diagnostic tests and agents for OLD at the Military Veterinary Institute of Hlučin in the period from the signature of RD to 31.12.2026.The requirements of the contracting authority - issued partial orders on the basis of a closed framework agreement (RD) with the winning candidate for the given period. The winning supplier shall ensure in this period from the signature of the family house to 31.12.2026 the individual partial performance by selling and distributions of the assortment - see. Attachment - PriceOffer - Item budget. In connection with the certificate of accreditation no. 666/2023 we require specific diagnostic tests and agents (see Annex - price - item budget.), which are part of accredited methodologies from a particular supplier, namely JK - Trading spol. s r.o ..
The estimated amount of performance of the house in the given period will be up to a maximum of 200 000,- CZK with VAT, but the above may not be achieved. We require:
1. In order to deliver diagnostic consumables for the Hlučin Military Veterinary Institute of Military Institute, either distribution companyor by mail.
2. Terms and Conditions, the contracting authority requires within 3 working days of their insertion to et.
