  • The subject of this small-scale public contract (hereinafter also "TFP") is the provision of services, which for the purposes of this PTT are understood to mean "Service, maintenance and repair of the AUT.RENAULT TRAFIC truck" for VU 6624 Olomouc, further specified in the assignment of this PTT. Service - Service, maintenance and repair of a truckAUT.RENAULT TRAFIC will be done in a partial way. The framework agreement will be concluded with the winning bidder for a period of 36 months, and performance will be carried out on the basis of the Invitations issued by the customer. The contracting authority does not allow alternative solutions.
    Part of the tender documentation is the "Price specification of the work" (consumption basket) see attachment No. 1, the contracting authority requires it to be filled out in the marked places, signed by an authorized person and re-inserted (preferably in pdf format and also in the original format) into e. tools as part of the offer. The price, which was calculated based on filling in the table in "Appendix No. 1 - "Price Specfication of the work" (consumption basket), enter exactly without rounding in the subject of the electronic tool as an offer.

    The client requires a service warranty period of at least 24 months for ND (rubber 12 months) and 12 months for work.
    The contracting authority requests to attach the following qualification documents (preferably in pdf format):
    a) Proof of business authorizationto the extent corresponding to the subject of the public contract, not older than 3 months;
    b) Extract from the commercial register, if it is entered in it, or extract from another similar register, if it is entered in it, not older than 3 months;
    c) Written sworn declaration of basic competence, not older than 3 months;

Failure to provide proof of qualifications even after a re-invitation will be considered by the contracting authority as a failure to meet the basic prerequisites and this offer will be discarded before the evaluation of offers. By submitting an offer in this tender, the applicant automatically agrees to all of themwritten conditions of this tender. The tender price will be considered by the contracting authority to be the maximum allowable and will include all costs of the tenderer with the provision of the service. Offers will be madeprices based on the tenderer's ratio - the price offered, the distance to the place of performance from the place of the contracting authority and the rate of discount on ND for fulfilling the complete scope of the contract while complying with the requirements of the tender procedure. The evaluation of the selection procedure will take place within 30 working days from the deadline for submitting the offer.After the announcement of the result of the selection procedure, there is a period of 3 working days for the possibility of appeal against the result of the selection procedure.
