- The subject of this small-scale public contract (hereafter also VZMR) is the supply of goods, which for the purposes of this VZMR is understood as the purchase of chemical lights. The goods are specified in detail in the specification of this VZMR (file "Appendix No. 1 - specification and price offer.xls"). The delivery of the goods will be carried out by the applicant atsubmits calls for a framework agreement in accordance with the conditions set out in the draft framework agreement, which is part of the tender conditions. Download the files "Draft framework agreement.doc" and "Appendix No. 1 - specification and price offer.xls" to your PC, price the required goods according to the instructions in the specification. Then attach both the completed files "Appendix No. 1 - specification and price offer.xls" and the completed and signed "Draft framework agreement.doc" as attachments to your offer. A framework agreement will be concluded with the winner of the VR.the 3 working days that are counted from the date of the announcement of the VZMR. Submission of complaints by candidates due to disagreement with the procedure for evaluating the VZMR is possible within a period of 3 working days, which are counted from the date of publication of the evaluation of the VZMR.)
