Description of the contract: Pre -awarding the customers is to provide and provide service services and the software for analytical devices (systems) Agilent Technologies. Considers of the customers are, in particular, checks, preventive maintenance and repair, including the need for material (replacement parts, consumption material) according to the current requirements of the client. On the basis of the customer's request, the Contractor ensures that the users of the hardware and the software of all the devices, in the Czech and English language. The service is not a common user maintenance.
