- The subject of the VZ is the processing of documentation for the issuance of a zoning decision and the processing of one-stage project documentation for the implementation of the construction for the Rančiřov building - the construction of paved areas and its complete discussion for the purpose of approval, including the securing of a valid building permit. Furthermore, spart of the VZ is the provision of author supervision, the person of the OSH coordinator and the provision of technical supervision of the builder.
The detailed definition of the subject of the VZ performance is given in Article 2 of the Contract and in Annex No. 1 of the Contract "Technical specification for the assignment of the VZ".
