Description of the contract: The pre -award of the public is concluded (i) of the RAMC Agreement pursuant to Section 131 of the Construction between the contracting authority and the selected supplier. The pre -aid of the Ramcova agreement is to adapt the procedure for enclosure of dilutes of contracts for production and supplies up to 90 pieces of vice -school electrical units with a maximum operating speed of at least 160 km/h (ii) repair and maintenance of supplied units in the form of full-service
