- Framework agreement for the supply of EMU350 vehicles
Description of the contract: The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement according to § 131 of the Act between the contracting authority and the selected supplier. The subject of the Framework Agreement is the regulation of the procedure for concluding partial purchase contracts (i) for the production and supply of up to 60 pieces of dual-system (3kV DC/25kV AC) electric units with a maximum operating speed of at least 200 km/h, fully suitable for operation on railway lines with a gauge of 1,435 mm on the territory of the Czech Republic, (ii) supply of spare parts and structural units of the exchange system. and contracts for repairs and maintenance of delivered units in form Full-Service. The subject of the public contract is described in more detail in the procurement documentation and its annexes.
