Description: The subject of the contract is to provide transport services in the transport of passengers by public rail passenger transport in part of the Ústí nad Labem region in the sense of § 3 paragraph 2 of Act No. 194/2010 Coll. and to the extent specified in the contract. Transport services will be provided on sections of lines in the Ústí nad Labem Region and, with the consent of the Liberec Region, also in the territory of this Region. The operational set consists of lines U11 Postoloprty - Louny - Lovosice - Litoměřice - Česká Lípa, U15 Postoloprty - Louny, U52 Žatec - Louny - Lovosice - Ústí nad Labem and T8 Ústí nad Labem - Moldava in the Ore Mountains. It is assumed that the contract will be concluded with the carrier Ústí nad Labem Region with the consent of the Liberec Region. However, the possibility of concluding multilateral agreements (more regions with a carrier) cannot be ruled out.
