Description:
The subject of the contract is to modify the historical building of the former railway station for its use for administrative operation. The required layout includes mainly the entrance hall, day rooms, offices, dressing rooms and kitchen. The design also includes the construction of a separately accessible administrative unit With facilities, with direct entrance from Vražska Street. The documentation will also address the provision of parking spaces to the appropriate extent. The building was built in 1862, is partially basement, has two above -ground floors and attic. The roof is saddle. The contracting authority requires a participant's offer: 1) Proposal and documentation for permitting the building plan pursuant to Sections 157-158 of Act No.-283/2021 Coll. as amended (in the extent of previously applicable Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., Annex No.12), (summary technical report, cadastral sitting, examination study); 2) Engineering activity for filing a building permit intention; 3) Documentation for the selection of the Contractor in the extent of the documentation of the public contract for construction work and inventory of construction work, supplies and services with a bill of basis
