- The public contract concerns the purchase of an RF generator with an automatic adaptable member designed for the creation of reactive microplasm. This system will be used for accurate etching of photonic structures in optical materials with high control of process parameters. The generator must provideMinimum output of 500 W and working in a frequency standard of 13.56 MHz. The high stability of the output signal and the effective adjustment of the load in real time is required to optimize the plasma loadthe process.
