- The subject of the competition is the preparation of the architectural design of the client's new administrative building (hereinafter referred to as the "New Building") on the parcel of land. No. 833/3, in the municipality of Ostrava, administrative district of Vitkovice, registered by the Cadastral Office for the Moravian-Silesian Region, Cadastral Office Ostrava, on LV No. 1186, which includesthe client's existing building with reference number 522 at the address Mirova 522/33, Vitkovice, 703 00 Ostrava, and the connection of the New Building in all above-ground floors to the client's adjacent building located at the address Jeremenkova 161/11, Vitkovice, Ostrava (hereinafter referred to as the "Ancillary Building of the contracting authority").
Subjectm of the competition is at the same time the development of a design solution for the immediate surroundings of the New building on part of the parcel of land. No. 833/3 in the c.u. Vitkovice, which will not be affected by the construction of the New Building, and a park on the property. No. 833/6 in the municipal office of Vitkovice, which will be used as a parking area.
The goal is to propose an optimal solution for youconstruction of the New Building and its division into individual rooms that will serve as the client's offices and the central Call Center. The task of the competition is to create a sensitive and harmonious solution for connecting the client's Ancillary and New buildings in the context of the architectural character of the surrounding development.
