Description of the order: The predetermination of the prohibition is the exhibition of photovoltaic electricity (other PVE) on the object of the CTPark Ostrava - Hall O9 and Hall O11, ie on the construction c.p. 929, which is the part of the land P.C. 357/53, and on construction c.p. 1083, which is the part of the land of p. 375/4, will register everything in the land register led by the cadastral urad for the Moravian -Silesian Region, the cadastral department of Ostrava, in the village of Ostrava and in the cadastrals of Hrabov. The issue of the exhibition is the implementation of the PVE with a total installed of 1593 kWp. The implementation of the zoom is co -financed from the sources of the subsidy program 2. New renewable sources in energy (res+) calls modf - res+ c. 2/2021.
