- The subject of this public contract is the supply and installation of a new photovoltaic power plant, including battery storage, located on the roof structures of the Bystřany Retirement Home.
Part of the performance is also the provision of all related documentation, assembly and electrical installation work, reconstruction of the roof, commissioning of the equipment, operator training and provision of the necessary revisions and operating permits according to applicable legislation.
An integral part of the delivery is also the establishment of an energy management system that will enable monitoring, evaluation and optimization of the production and consumption of electricity energy from a photovoltaic power plant and battery storage.
The contractor will also ensure the performance of service activities for the duration of the warranty period, at least to the extent specified in the draft service contract, which forms an appendix to the tender documentation (see appendix no. 3).
It is dealt with in detail by the draft contracts, for the measurement report and technology requirements, see Annexes No. 2, 3, 4 and 5 ZD.
