- The subject of the public contract is to perform the work of the comprehensive delivery and installation of the mobile part of the ETCS security system 2 (Level 2), which will suit the basic standard 3 (Baseline 3) (hereinafter referred to as the "device") into the railway vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the "vehicle") listed in Annex.1 (hereinafter also as "work"). The contract also includes the supply of related technical documentation, including documents necessary for the operation, maintenance and repair of the equipment, including the implementation of changes to the equipment and all documents necessary to operate such retrofit vehicles on railway lines in the Czech Republic,which will not be of a provisional or test nature, including documents on type approval (homologation) and licenses of competence or other similar documents related to each vehicle, ie. approval by the Rail Authority (DU) and the European Railway Agency (ERA).GW Train Regio a.s. - Series 650, 654 and 628+928
