- The subject of the public contract is the purchase of at least 20 passenger cars approved for international transport for a speed of 200 km/h, with a length of 26.4 m, while at least 5 cars must comply with the parameters set for the transport of PRM passengers (persons with limited mobility and orientation). With the exception of designated carsfor the transport of PRM passengers, it must be one type series of vehicles. Similarly, cars intended for the transport of PRM passengers must represent one type series. The vehicles must comply with the technical parameters defined in the tender documentation annex and all technical documentation must be delivered together with the vehiclesmentation defined ibid. The subject of the public contract is described in more detail in the procurement documentation and its annexes.
