• Description:
• The subject of the awarded public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "public contract") is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of toys and souvenirs with the motif of animals (not only with the motif of animals found in zoos) and other additional assortments to the gift shops of Zoo Brno and for the Zoo Brno e-shop.
  IN the framework agreement stipulates the framework conditions for the performance of the subject of the public contract, which are binding for the duration of the framework agreement. A bid for a public contract entered on the basis of a framework agreement (in a partial public contract - mini-tender) can only be submitted by a participant in the framework agreement who has been invited to submit offers.
  A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is given in the tender documentation.
  Pursuant to the provisions of § 133 of the Act, the contracting authority shall select the supplier of the framework agreement in accordance with Article 15 of these Terms and Conditions. The contracting authority has compiled a model basket of selected items for the needs of tender evaluation - see. Table number 3 entitled "Model basket", which is part of this tender documentation.
  The model basket contains a general description of the purchased items. Individual items of the Model basket contain a brief description, for some item, there is a requirement to present a specific type of animal. The model basket contains an estimate of the amount that can be withdrawn over a 12-month period.
