- The subject of the public contract is the purchase of plastic-coated tension wire and self-adhesive felt (hereinafter referred to as "goods") according to the "Specification of the required goods" listed in Annex No. 1 of the draft Purchase Agreement, which is an annex to this call, and its delivery to the buyer at the place of fulfillment according to Article V paragraph 5.3 of the draft Purchase Agreement.
