- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the supply of 1 car as defined in more detail in Annex No. 2 of this ZD and then in Annex No. 4 of the draft contract. If there are direct or indirect references to certain suppliers or products in the documentation for the award of the public contract, or patents for inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks or designations of origin, this is because the determination of the technical conditions cannot be sufficiently precise or comprehensible, and for each such reference the contracting authority admits the possibility to offer equivalent solution. The subject of the public contract will be implemented by the supplier in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, valid ČSN and regulations regarding work safety and technical equipment. In the event that during the performance of the public contract it accrues the validity and effectiveness of an amendment to one of the above-mentioned regulations, or another legal regulation relating to the subject of public procurement becomes valid and effective, the supplier is obliged to comply with these new legal provisions when implementing the public procurement regulations and instructions (procedures).
