Description:
Buying special equipment of workshops according to the price calculation table to fill and insert back, for more information see. Annex General information for the supplier.

The quality of the goods must correspond to ČSN and required parameters. The goods must not be damaged, they must have at least 2-year warranty. VZ must be met oncein the complete list of required items. The draft contract is part of the tender documentation. The winning company will prove the honorary statement in accordance with the Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 and the Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 that the person or performance is offered, including its subcontractors,They do not apply international sanctions, and that it is not a natural or legal person, subject or organ included in the sanction list.

! The applicant shall send the draft contract or order to the contracting authority already signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of or for the applicants (based on the power of attorney) together with his offer!
