The quality of the goods must correspond to ČSN and required parameters. The goods must not be damaged, they must have at least 2-year warranty. U marked items may beI used ND after overhaul. The VZ must be met once in a complete list of required items. The draft contract is part of the tender documentation. The winning company will prove the honorary statement in accordance with the Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 and the Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 that to his person orThe performance offered by it, including its subcontractors, does not apply to international sanctions, and that it is not a natural or legal person, subject or organ included in the sanction list.
