Description:
The subject of the public contract entitled "Purchase of road vehicles for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic" is the purchase of road vehicles. These are passenger vehicles designated for the Department of Motor Vehicles in the Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic in accordance with the requirements according to the technical specifications listed in Appendix No. 11 of the relevant procurement documentation.
The public contract is divided in terms of § 35 of the Act into three parts:
1. Part A "Purchase of M1 category road cars - limousines",
2. Part B "Purchase of road cars of category M1 - SUV",
3. Part C - "Purchase of M1 category road cars - electric SUVs"
The purpose of this procurement procedure is to conclude framework agreements with one supplier for each of the three parts. The procurement procedure is divided into three (3) parts (each part has its own procurement documentation), each of which leads to the conclusion of one framework agreement.
The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for all parts of the public contract, or for any of the parts of the public contract (i.e. for one or multiple parts).
The total expected value of the procurement procedure is CZK 16,198,347.11 excluding VAT for the expected total number of vehicles of 18 units for all three parts of the procurement procedure.
Part A - Purchase of road cars of category M1 - limousines
The subject of performance of part A of the public contract entitled "Purchase road vehicles of category M1 - limousines" is the purchase of road vehicles of category M1 - limousines. These are passenger vehicles intended for the traffic department in the contracting authority's department in accordance with the requirements according to the technical specifications listed in Appendix No. 11 of the procurement documentation.
