- The subject of the contract is the contractor's obligation to ensure the execution of the work - Revisions of fire extinguishers (hereafter referred to as HP) - condition control, provision of a revision label (stamp) on the revision, preparation of a record (protocol) of the revision performed. By submitting an offer, the supplier confirms that he agrees with Všeobevalid business terms and conditions of the Ministry of Defense (in the current version published on the contractor's profile) and that he accepts the terms of reference. The procedure for submitting bids is determined by the Operating Rules of the electronic instrument.
