• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the contractor's obligation to provide the following online, TV, print and radio services to the contracting authority in the agreed manner, within the agreed scope, place and time, at its own expense and risk (hereinafter referred to as "Services"): a) preparing a plan for each campaign, and according to the requirements of the contracting authority for the preparation of the purchase of media space and in accordance with the guaranteed parameters of the purchase units according to Annex No. 1 HDZD; b) confirmation of the reservation of media space according to the approved order for all relevant media types and their subtypes (TV, radio, print and online); c) ensuring the placement of media content according to the confirmation of the reservation of the media space, or according to the ordering party's modified order; d) delivery of a report on the fulfillment of the completed order (post-buy) on the delivery and use of media space; e) handing over relevant advertising formats and documents created by the client; f) comprehensive evaluation of the individual phases of the campaigns entered by the contracting authority in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the individual phases of the respective campaign and the evaluation of the provided Services after the first year of fulfilling the terms of the Agreement. The knowledge gained will be used in the compilation of other media plans or in other phases of the campaign for the entire campaign; g) delivery of documents for the realization of performance, after each of the implemented campaigns divided by individual media types and subtypes; h) cooperation with other suppliers of the contracting authority, especially in the area of ​​purchasing media space in other types of media or in the area of ​​advertising and creative services in coordination and...
