- The subject of the public order is the supply of 3 plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEV) category M1 meeting the CO2 emission standard of 50 g/km. Detailed technical specifications and equipment requirements are listed in Appendix No. 4 of the tender documentation. Vehicles must meet the following conditions:
a)musThese are new vehicles. A new vehicle is a newly manufactured vehicle that has not yet been registered in the Czech Republic or in another country, with the exception of trial or demonstration purposes, in which case the registration period may not exceed 6 months and at the same time it may not have driven more than 6,000 km. The vehicle is Mrconsidered as new (obtained in the Czech Republic), if a clean copy of a large technical license is issued for it (i.e. a technical license in which the owner or operator is not mentioned), or it has not been registered;
b) the vehicle must not use a lead or cadmium-based main traction battery;
c) the vehicle type must be homologated for operation on roads in the Czech Republic;
d) the vehicle must have a valid declaration of conformity proving the approval of the vehicle type, including alternative drive;ka on the approval of technical capacity and on the technical conditions for the operation of vehicles on roads, as amended;
f) the vehicle must meet the minimum parameters and equipment in accordance with the minimum requirements of the contracting authority according to Annex No. 4 of this Tender documentation;
