- The subject of the contract is to draw up a proposal, supply, commission and install the longitudinal dividing line including accessories, its connection to the operating media and ensuring trial operation (hereinafter referred to as the "line" or "work") in DAP Incoterms mode.
The technology supplied must suit minimal technical Parameters specified by these Terms and Conditions and Annex 3 of these Terms and Conditions.
The contracting authority requires original, new and never used technological equipment.
