Description:
The purpose of this public procurement is to ensure license coverage of SAP products on supported versions of SAP S/4HANA, which are necessary for reliable and flawless operation of the economic information system SAP VZP ČR (hereinafter "EKIS SAP") and its promotion from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 Hana through which VZP ČR fulfills its obligation pursuant to Act No. 563/1991 Coll., On Accounting, as amended.
The subject of the public contract is:
a) acquisition of new SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA licenses;
(b) conversion of existing SAP licenses to SAP S/4HANA;
(c) Ensuring / providing support SAP SA products in supported versions of SAP S/4HANA for the period from the entry into force of the contract concluded on the basis of this public contract up to 31. 12. 2027.
Detailed specification of the subject of performance is given in Annex 1 of the main document of the tender documentation - "Terms and Conditions" (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions" or "contract").
