- The purpose of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier, the subject of which will be the purchase of licenses and the provision of maintenance services for the SAP system. The purpose of the public contract is therefore mainly the provision of services consisting in:
a) ensuring the rights to use the SAP system through the providerthose licenses for software equipment of the SAP system, the terms of which are set out in the binding draft of the framework agreement and its annexes ("SAP Licenses"); binding proposalmce agreement and its annexes ("Maintenance SAP").
