Description:
The subject of the public contract is:
a) Providing support for HCL products Domino specified in Annex 1 Part a) of the Agreement, which constitutes Annex 2 of the tender documentation through sub -screen covering the right to exercise their use to the scope of the licensing authorization stipulated Their manufacturer and the provision of regularly upgrade, update, safety patches, correction pats and other support for the manufacturer, in the extent and quantity according to Annex 1 part a) of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "support"). The extent of support fully reflects the terms of licensing conditions manufacturer of products that make up Annex 2 contracts;
b) Providing support for HCL products Domino specified in Annex 1 Part b) of the Contract through the provision of subscriptions covering authorization to exercise the right to use them in the scope of licensing authorities stipulated In particular, regular upgrade, update, safety patches, correction pats and other support for the manufacturer, in extent and in quantity according to Annex 1, part b) of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "additional support"). The extent of additional support fully reflects the terms of the license conditions of the product manufacturer, that form Annex 2 of the Treaties.
