• Description:
• The subject of the public order is to ensure the purchase of fuel, additional goods and the purchase of additional services through fuel cards, specifically: - 6 fuel cards per day (per card only), - purchase of fuel Natural 95 motor gasoline according to SN EN 228 a diesel fuel according to SN EN 590 (according to combined PHM or fuel) including straight and additive PHM and Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) according to SN EN 589, - purchase of additional goods, e.g. liquid additive (AdBlue) in accordance with ISO 22241 (packaged, compressed), engine oil, coolant fluids, summer and winter sprays for tires, car cosmetics, car services, - purchase of additional services, e.g. wash personal motor vehicles, - the card is printed upon the Customer's call, - the difference of individual cards according to the order, - secured PIN cards, - establishment, ownership of cards without the need for financial collateral (payments cannot be made in installments), - creation of an online customer portal, - electronic creation and control of tanks online in the customer portal, - issued a tax document with a detailed breakdown and a copy of the goods taken card service (quantity of liters purchased per type of PHM, price in K for each individual card) including refueling in the last days of the month, by the fifteenth working day of the following month, - regular monthly invoicing, always after a closed month, - secure msnho limit of 10,000 K including VAT for 1 card, - acceptance of cards at least by companies represented in cell R. For the castle and registration of individual purchases of fuel, related goods and services, the contracting authority will request a total of 6 cards. The expected number of cards is unimportant.
