- The subject of the public contract is the supply of 300 laptops including their accessories in the first part, the supply of 82 tablets including their accessories in the second part and the supply of 20 computers including their accessories in the third part. Part of the subject of the public contract is also the provision of transport to the places in fulland disposal of transport packaging. Warranty service is also part of the subject of the public contract.
In accordance with the provisions of § 38, paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ, the contracting authority stipulates that this procurement procedure (all parts) can only be participated by a contractor employing in protected workplaces according to the Employment Actat least 50% of the total number of employees with disabilities.
