- Description:
- The subject of the public order is the supply of consumables for computing technology such as external disks, headphones, sources, cables, extension cables, adapters, keyboards, washers, pads, replacement toners for operating printers and the like. The contractual relationship will be conceptualized as rmcov agreement for a period of 2 years with a financial limit of 1 million K without VAT. Rmco's agreement expires depending on which of the two conditions (time or financial) occurs. The terms of the agreement will include the following in the form of an order: a) from the consumer koe, which represents the file do not eat used goods; the price of products in consumer koi is fixed for the entire duration of the contract b) from the supplier's catalog, the purchase from the catalog is limited to 30% of the full financial limit (i.e. K300 thousand).
