For the offered goods, we require you to submit a technical specification and a photo.
We are required to supply consumables that will be inserted into the Milli-Q Direct 8 device, which is under warranty and this material is presan by the manufacturer, i.e. the company Merck Life Science spol. s.r.o. to ensure consistently high quality purified water with a long service life of this system while complying with the exchange for original consumables with ISO 9001 certification. These parameters are mandatory to comply with accredited procedures within ourAccreditation certificate No. 666/2023, when our laboratory is obliged to use devices and equipment that are approved for them.

The purchase will be carried out according to the requirements of the contracting authority on the basis of a one-time purchase contract concluded with the winning bidder. Goodswe require delivery to the headquarters of VVetU Hlučin, Opavska 29, 748 01 Hlučin within 30 days and no later than 30 days after signing the contract. .1, para. 2 p. a) extract from the commercial and trade registerns register. Further filling in the price offer in the table - see. Appendix No. 2 ATTENTION price according to the instructions under the table in Appendix No. 2.
As Appendix No. 3, insert a discussed and possibly amended draft of the purchase contract, which is signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of the applicant's company. Required attachments excome to life in PDF format. In the case of incomplete bids, the contracting authority will invite the given VZMR participant to complete them by means of a call to supplement (clarify) the bid. In the event of serious misconduct, the participant may be disqualified.
