- The subject of this public contract is the supply, including the installation of new electrical and gas appliances in the kitchen of DS Lukov, including the dismantling and ecological disposal of the old catering equipment, the installation of new equipment, gas connection revision, transport and operator training. All required parameterstry equipment are specified as minimum requirements for equipment and equipment quality, the dimensions are listed as maximum possible, due to the cooking blocks in the kitchen, the power consumption of electrical equipment is also listed as maximum, it is not possible to increase the power consumption in the kitchen. All in accordance with syby the HACCP system (System of risk analysis and determination of critical control points).
