- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply of an analytical scanning electron microscope in the scope and in accordance with the tender conditions.eye research projects. The microscope must enable various types of detailed analyzes for the entire range of samples differing in chemical composition (metals, ceramics, glass...), physical properties (electrically conductive and non-conductive, magnetic, etc.) and dimensions (from thin layers, nanoparticles, to massive samples, e.g. .operating quarries). At the same time, this device must allow easy operation. For this reason, a fully integrated electron energy-dispersive x-ray spectrometer (EDSX) is required into the GUI of the microscope, which enables display and control of the EDSX system directly from the graphical user interface. At the same timea second EDSX is required which is combined with an Electron Backscattered Diffractometer (EBSD)
