• Purchase of adhesives, sealants and chemicals - required parameters listed in sheet .2 - specifications - to be filled in marked fields and sent back as part of the supplier's offer. Gave information viz. area General information for contractors. The final bid price with VAT must be stated including payment VAT rates in R All communication (inquiries) between the contracting authority and the supplier will be conducted exclusively on the NEN electronic portal. The selection of women will be evaluated on the basis of the price offers, the price of the best offer (price including transport and other costs associated with the delivery), when the required parameters are met. V students will be notified of the results via electronic mail. Negotiations to conclude a purchase contract will be concluded with the relevant company without delay. The client set the business terms in the draft order, which he submitted as part of the contract documentation. The supplier adds his data to the draft order and submits it to the contracting authority, signed by a person authorized to act in the name and on behalf of the applicant (on the basis of full power of attorney), together with his offer.
