The winning company will prove the honorary statement in accordance with the Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 and the Council Regulation(EC) No. 765/2006 that his person or performance offered by him, including his subcontractors, does not apply to international sanctions, and that he is not a natural or legal person, entity or body included in the sanction list ..!
