- Purchase of up to 9 buses 15 m II The subject of this procurement procedure is the supply of 3 intercity diesel buses meeting the minimum technical requirements according to Appendix No. 2 of the procurement documentation - technical specification and valuation (hereinafter referred to as "bus"). The contractor in accordance with § 100, paragraph 1, reserves the possibility of changing the obligation from the Contract consisting in increasing the total number of buses by a maximum of 6 additional buses. For details on the reserved change of commitment, see the binding draft of the Contract, which forms Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation. The scope of performance also includes the provision of warranty service, regular warranty service inspections, delivery of all documentation, training of persons appointed by the contracting authority to operate buses and other activities or deliveries according to Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation. The conditions for the provision of the subject of performance are regulated in more detail in the binding draft of the Contract, which forms Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation.
