- The subject of this procurement procedure is the supply of 3 intercity diesel buses meeting the minimum technical requirements according to Appendix No. 2 of the procurement documentation technical specification and valuation (hereinafter referred to as "bus").
In accordance with § 100, paragraph 1, the contracting authority reserves the right to change the obligation from the Contract consisting in increasing the total number of buses by a maximum of 6 additional buses. For details on the reserved change of commitment, see the binding draft of the Contract, which forms Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation.
Part of the scope of performance is also the provision of warranty service, regular warranty services service inspections, delivery of all documentation, training of persons designated by the contracting authority to operate buses and other activities or deliveries according to Appendix No. 3 of the procurement documentation. The conditions for the provision of the subject of performance are regulated in more detail in the binding draft of the Contract, which forms Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation.
