- This is a small-scale public contract (hereafter referred to as VZMR) to secure the purchase of property - 3 pcs of Eppendorf laboratory pipettes and Eppendorf tips.
Detailed description specifications, minimum technical requirements and other requirements for the supply of material:

epTIPS Reloads Eppendorf tips - 1920 pcs in total volume 20 300 yl (1 box contains 96 tips).
For the offered goods, we require you to submit a technicalou specification and photo.
Eppendorf pipettes and tips are required for follow-up validation and to maintain reproducibility of results, as well as for compatibility with Eppendorf tips. These parameters are mandatory to comply with accredited procedures within our Accreditation Certificate No. 282/2021and our laboratory is required to use instruments and equipment that are approved for them. The manufacturer Eppendorf guarantees full compatibility and reproducibility of results with Eppendorf tips.

The purchase will be carried out according to the requirements of the contracting authority on the basis of uclosed one-time purchase contracts with the winning bidder. We require the goods to be delivered to the VVetU headquarters Hlučin, Opavska 29, 748 01 Hlučin, no later than 8 December 2023.
Requirements:
The applicant will submit professional qualification prerequisites in the form of attachments in the VZMR (supplier's attachments) according to § 77 of the ZVZ, paragraph 1, paragraph 2 pis. a) extract from the commercial register and trade register. Further filling in the price offer in the table - see. Appendix No. 2 ATTENTION start pricing according to the instructions under the table in Appendix No. 2.
As Appendix No. 3, insert the discussed and possibly modified draft of the purchase contract, which is signed by the person authorized to act forapplicant company. Submit the required attachments in PDF format. In the case of incomplete bids, the contracting authority will invite the given VZMR participant to complete them by means of a request to supplement (clarify) the bid. In the event of serious misconduct, the participant may be disqualified.
Furthermore, we require a statement from the supplier - see atLoha No. 4 - Affidavit of the supplier for the socially responsible performance of a public contract in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 531 of 24 July 2017, on the Rules for the Application of a Responsible Approach in the Awarding of Public Contracts and Purchases of State Administration and Local Government.
Required documents proving qualification- extracts from the commercial (trade) register must not be older than 3 months from the date of publication of the VZMR.
