Description: The subject of the public contract is to ensure transport services in the city of Jindřichův Hradec and its local parts (Radouňka, Otín, Políkno, Buk, Matná, Dolní Radouň, Děbolín, Horní Žďár, Dolní Skrýchov) by operating public transport for a maximum period of 10 years, starting in 2022 in the regime of Act No. 194/2010 Coll., on public passenger transport services and amending other acts, as amended, and EC Regulation No. 1370/2007 on public passenger transport services by rail and by road and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 1191/69 and No 1107/70. It is assumed that the scope of transport services provided by the carrier will be maintained as these public services are provided by the current carrier. The expected annual scope of public services provided for the relevant period may be reduced to min. 334,000 km or increased to a maximum of 621,000 km.
