Description:
The tendering procedure is implemented in order to conclude a contract between the contracting authority and a selected supplier whose subject is to process and/or provision in particular:
a) project documentation for authorization of the PDZ project (at the same time 1 and 2. Stage), as specified in the draft contractlegislation;
b) Comprehensive engineering activities (at the same time 1 and 2. Stage) - services for obtaining all necessary decisions, consents and permits as specified in the draft contract;
c) Project documentation for building construction (DPS1)Soll. to the lawNo. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended.
