• Description:
• Public passenger transport services on line R10 The subject of this order is the provision of public services in the transport of passengers by public rail passenger transport to ensure traffic service by trains of national transport for a duration of six years on the R10 line Prague - Hradec Králové - Trutnov. The start of operation will take place from the beginning of the validity of the 2028/2029 timetable. In accordance with § 100 paragraph 1 ZZVZ in conjunction with § 10 paragraph 3 ZVS, the customer reserves the right to call on the Carrier to provide performance in accordance with the contract for public services for the next two years, provided that the Customer invites the Carrier to provide services during this period no later than the end of the fourth year of performance of the contract. Furthermore, in accordance with § 100 paragraph 1 ZZVZ in conjunction with § 10 paragraph 3 ZVS reserves the right to call on the Carrier to provide performance under the public services contract for a further two years, provided that the Customer calls on the Carrier to provide services during this period no later than the end of the sixth year of performance of the contract.
