- The subject of the contract awarded under this bidding procedure is to ensure transport services by public services in the transport of passengers by public railway passenger transport on lines Ex6 Prague - Plzeň - Cheb and R16 Prague - Plzeň - Klatovy ( - Železná Ruda) within the meaning of Section 4 of Act 194/ 2010 Coll., On Public Services in Transport of Passengers and on Amendments to other Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZVS"). The subject of the contract is specified in detail in the documentation of the proceedings published on the customer's profile. Public services in the transport of passengers in rail transport on EX6 Prague-Plzeň-Cheb and R16 Prague-Plzeň-Klatovy (-Železná Ruda) lines are not a notice of tender, but it is a change in the original announcement 2023/s 239-750542 of the day December 12, 2023 (Note: Repair of the original announcement was not possible for technical reasons, because the original announcement was published in the old ENOTICES format).
