Brief Description: By entering a public contract, the Contracting Authority monitors its need to centralize public lighting management, in particular the lighting on the highway network, which is in the management of the ŘSD. Administration and maintenance of lighting, including accident solutions, is currently performing individual management and maintenance centers. The client's intention is to ensure quality management and maintenance of public lighting so that the ŘSD as the operator of the Public Lighting system meets all legal and normative conditions for ensuring traffic safety on roads, which has an ŘSD in its administration. In the context of the public procurement, public lighting passport will also be updated and maintained to meet the current state of public lighting and relevant legislation. Thus, in this regard, the contracting authority monitors by entering a public contract to ensure that Passport management obligations under Section 161 (1) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll.
