• PTK_National catalog of repositories The subject of the Public Contract is the development, supply and implementation of the information system of the National Catalog of Repositories (NKR) ("NKR System"). The subject of the Public Contract will be the delivery of the NKR System, incl. design and implementation of the System NKR into the Client's IT environment and implementation of integration links, putting the NKR System into operation, including ensuring trial operation. The Public procurement subject also includes the services of subsequent support for the operation, maintenance and development of the NKR System in the expected period providing 48 months. NKR is conceived as a central register intended for recording and managing data on Czech research data repositories. Its goal is to provide reliable, machine-readable and long-term sustainable information about which repositories in the Czech Republic to the Republic, who operates them, what metadata standards and ontologies they use and to provide connections to external services. The entire NKR architecture is designed to respect FAIR principles, i.e. support interoperability, transparency and repeatability use of information. NKR will register all repositories of research data that are created or will be created within the National Repository Platform (NRP), or will be connected to this platform. These are mainly 40 data repositories created within the framework of the NRP project (so-called pilot repositories) and the Open Science II challenge (other branch repositories).
