Description:
The contracting authority organizes a preliminary market consultation ("Consultation") in accordance with § 33 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, as amended ("ZZVZ"), which concerns the implementation of the project "Green Center of Jaroměř" ("ZMCJ Project").
The ZMCJ project is presented on the website of the city of Jaroměř (see https://www.investicejaromer.cz/verejna-prostranstvi-v-centru-mesta-vyuzivani-srazkovych-vod-a-ochlazeni-prostoru/) in the form of a spatial study prepared by the A8000 design office and includes the award of a construction contract for the reconstruction of the historic center of Jaroměř.
The aim of the Consultation is to inform about the Project ZMCJ and verify the setting of the conditions of the public contract for its implementation.
Experience and knowledge of the specifics of construction projects carried out (i) in heritage zones and/or (ii) using blue-green elements infrastructures are a welcome benefit.
The contracting authority is interested in dealing with the following topics in particular within the framework of the Consultation:
a) Risks associated with the place of performance;
b) Financial and time requirements of the project;
c) The ability of the contractor to perform the work;
d) Proposed evaluation method;
e) Terms and Conditions;
f) Other relevant questions.
The contracting authority hereby addresses the relevant suppliers with a request to answer questions in the form of a questionnaire.
