Description:
It is a repair of plasters, paintings, carpets and fluorescent lamps in offices, repair of sanitary facilities - repair of tiles, waste manifolds and urinal replacement, repair of plasters and paintings in corridors, doorframe, railing, threshold, entrance doors and building readiness for mobile air conditioning NA b. No. 53 - barracks Semtin č.p. 188, Pardubice.
Building 53 is an office building with two floors freely accessible on the local road.
Repair will be made to the following extent: Removal of tiles and clogged sewerage at urinals, delivery and installation of new waste pipe Including connection to the existing sewer and cleaning, repairing and alignment of the substrate, waterproofing squeegee, mounting of tiles, dismantling of existing carpets and PVC, grinding of the substrate, leveling screed, gluing new carpets and PVC, repair of plaster, removal and double painting incl. penetration, Replacement of ceiling lights, doorframe and railing coating, removal of old front doors and delivery and installation of new ones including correction and construction preparation for mobile air conditioning - drilling of penetrations in peripheral masonry and installation of pipelines including cover grids. After the work is completed, the cleaning of the affected space at the place of implementation of the contract.
