Description :
• performing service inspections, maintenance, revisions, inspections and other tasks of HVAC technologies and cooling equipment, in the extent given by the operating rules of individual technological systems, manufacturers' instructions, legislation and according to valid standards ČSN, EN. The required service activities also apply toRelated technical equipment owned by AHNM (distribution, distribution elements, recovery, Mar, steam humidifiers with electric steam developer, etc.).
• Professional inspections (inspections) of fire safety equipment on the HVAC system incl. labeling with a label (the date of the inspection, who did the check,The deadline for the next inspection) and the issue of the protocol in two copies, the recording of the record books of the fire safety equipment. Commitment of treated water into the system after the winter season (1x in summer)
• revisionPressure vessels on the HVAC system incl. labeling (Revision date, who carried out the deadline for the next revision) and exposure to the inspection protocol in two copies. labeling with a label (exchanging date, who exchangecarried out), the removal of waste in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste and on Amendments to Certain Other Acts, as amended (the Provider becomes the origin of the waste after the waste).
• Service inspections (checks) will be carried out according to the specifications and frequencies listed in Annex.1 contract
