- The subject of repairs are construction work and roof repair SO 061, 062. Building repairs include the repair of internal plasters and tiles and doors (SO 062). The repair of SO 061, 062 includes the replacement of the existing folded sheet metal coverings, including the replacement of (tiling) overlapping roofs. Disturbed internal plaster surfaces and internal ceramic tiles SO 062 will be repaired. Metal folded roofing of SO 061, 602 is corroded, leaks locally into the building, decking lining and roof overlap ceilings are rotten. The roofing will be replaced by a new one including the deck lining. Construction work - repair of internal plasters and ceramic paving SO 062: cracks in the above -tightening door and during the ceiling of internal dividing walls, probably created by decline in the undercut of the longitudinal middle bearing walls of the building. The proposed repair of these cracks is only a "cosmetic" solution, the cracks will be filled and repaired by plaster with a reinforcing layer. Subsequently, the cracks will be monitored if the cracks activity is detected (cracks will be drawn again), a structural engineer will be invited for the final solution of this building disorder.
