- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the execution of construction repairs to the gym area. These are three connected gym rooms with a dressing room and a washroom on the ground floor.
As part of the repairs, the floor coverings (PVC and carpet) will be replaced in a total area of 80 m2, including the replacement of moldings and repair of the base. They will berepaired wall and ceiling surfaces - scraping, local repair of VPC plaster and hairline cracks, repair of stucco, penetration and painting in a total area of 312.54 m2. Furthermore, repainting of doors and door frames, replacement of door sills and 1 internal door including fittings.
Part of the contract is cleaning of construction sitescovering of existing structures, windows, etc., disassembly and assembly of part of the room equipment, moving furniture, construction site equipment costs, movement of materials and debris within the construction site, loading, removal and depositing of debris at the landfill, including the fee for waste storage. - Documents :
